5 ways to identify led Aluminum sheetlhlights
All of my clients need Aluminum for led module and lighting, As Aluminum is better for heat conducting. Yes, you’re right.
But after we offer them, Hmmm, They told me your price is higher. Why?
It doesn’t mean we have the high profit, the reason is that we use high-quality Aluminum.
So how do I know you will high-quality Aluminum. Let LH Light explain 4 ways to identify it.
1.Thermal conductivity (m2K/W | M2℃/W)
It means that the Aluminum size is 1*1*1 meter (m3), We heat the aluminium from one to another side in 1 second (1s), then we will have test data from the machine. then calculate the thermal conductivity.
Although, We(LH Lights) don’t and can’t take big Aluminum sheet to test it. For example, We bring 27*27*(1 -3 )mm to test it, After calculate the thermal conductivity is 1.0 or 2.0 (W/m·K).
And we follow GB/T 29313-2012, ASTM D5470-17
Please can you check the thermal conductivity what we are testing as below
We used 1.0 W/(m·K) usually, but some of the bad quality use 0.5 W/(m·K)
Thermal Conductivity is higher, then the heating is better.

Ours can be passed 1.5KVDC
Bad quality, less than 500VDC
We used 6030 model Aluminum
Bad quality, they use the Used aluminium alloy
When we say our Aluminium thickness is 1.0mm, So it’s 1.0±0.05mm
But bad quality, if you buy 1.0mm, the thickness is only 0.8mm.
